1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Zar & Jo Patching Pty Ltd to our clients. By engaging our services, requesting a quotation, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
 

2. Services Provided

We specialise in:

• Concrete patching

• Rendering

• Infilling PT pans

• Pre-cast patching

• Caulking

All services will be carried out with reasonable care, skill, and in accordance with relevant industry standards.
 

3. Quotes & Pricing

• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.

• All prices are provided in Australian dollars (AUD) and may be subject to GST.

• Variations to the agreed scope of work may result in additional charges.

• Any unforeseen site conditions or changes requested by you may also impact pricing.

4. Payment Terms

• A deposit may be required before commencement of works.

• Full payment is due within 7 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Late payments may incur interest or recovery costs.

• Ownership of any materials supplied by us remains with Zar & Jo Patching Pty Ltd until full payment is received.
   

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information regarding your project requirements.

• Ensure site access is available at agreed times.

• Obtain any necessary approvals or permits (unless otherwise agreed).

• Ensure the work area is safe and free from obstructions.
   

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours before scheduled work.

• Late cancellations may incur fees to cover lost time and resources.

• We reserve the right to reschedule works in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, safety concerns, or supplier delays.
   

7. Warranties & Liability

• We warrant that our services will be carried out with reasonable care and skill.

• We are not liable for:

  • pre-existing defects or damage,

  • issues caused by misuse, neglect, or alterations made after completion,

  • delays outside our control (e.g., weather, supplier shortages).
     

8. Safety & Compliance

• We comply with applicable workplace health and safety (WHS) laws and standards.

• You agree to provide a safe working environment and notify us of any known hazards.
   

9. Website Use

By using our website zarandjopatching.com.au, you agree not to misuse its content, copy materials without permission, or engage in unlawful activities.
 

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
 

11. Governing Law
